  Always good service and food. Even my kids love it!! Excellent place for the whole family, honestly! I appreciate how accommodating they can be to substitutions/exceptions to menu items and find it reasonably priced. If and when there has ever been a problem, the staff and management team have been more than accommodating and professional. The restaurant is always clean and presentable. It might be our absolute favourite place to eat. Both the Upper Centennial and Upper James locations are great, with the first being slightly better because of an excellent wait staff.
  
  Plus, they have the best dessert anywhere, their skor brownie is delicious and a very generous portion!!! So good!

  We are here on our trip through Canada. Service was great but we had ANTS in our salad!!! The waitress had to apologize for the manager who said they hand rinse/cut their own lettuce and sometimes they miss rinsing the bugs out. Ummm, no other restaurant I've ever been to has ever had live ants in my salad and they also hand rinse/cut their lettuce. IMO, the manager should have explained this and offered some discount or free desert and not our waitress!! The sirloin was awesome and cooked to order and that's the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars.

  Great location and great decor. This place was pretty quite on the day we went in and the food was great as well.
  
  The server on the other hand was quite inattentive and slow. She messed up an order at the table and was quick to fix it.
  
  We really did enjoy the food and the menu selections were quite great as well.
  
  We will return to try this place out again

  The Keg next door has been demolished and therefore we had to change plans and come here.
  Turtle Jacks was 1/4 full on a Wednesday night walking in around 6PM.  The hostesses were nice and seated us promptly.
  
  We ordered:
  1. Nachos to start: I have no idea where they get the idea of serving nachos for $20 when you can go down the street to Maracaz and get better ones for half the price.  The nachos were thin and small in proportion. However, the cheese was melted properly.
  2. We got two 8oz New York Strips and two Shrimp and Scallop Pastas.
  - The first steak was medium rare; the steak was okay but not great.  They cooked it perfectly but didn't have much of a taste besides the seasoning
  - The second steak was medium well (my mom is apparently a savage): the steak was waaaay too salty, I do understand they are trying to compensate but damn the amount of sodium was deadly.
  - The pasta was a huge no from me. There was a decent amount of seafood which is a plus.  However the pasta was not al-dente and the cheese coating it was noxious and had too much salt as well.
  
  The service was okay but not fantastic.
  
  Overall, I wouldn't come back and stick with Innsville in Stoney Creek instead for their prime rib.

  This place could easily be a 4-5 if they would improve the service...
  
  I love the decor in the place! I am huge fan of black and "woodsy" this place delivers on their "Muskoka Grill" theme. It is clean, trendy and eye pleasing. Their seating is made mostly of booths which is another thing I love as it adds a little extra privacy and in my opinion is just more comfortable. So far so good.
  
  The food is pretty much what you would expect from a slightly higher end family chain restaurant. I didn't find anything too special about their menu. But I did certainly have food envy when the waitress walked by me with someone's order of sizing fajitas. They smelled amazing and looked even better. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap which I'm not sure why it is called that as it is just chicken,lettuce, tomato, cheese and bottle ranch dressing (which was watery ) but no semblance of anything that makes this "Buffalo". Chicken wrap would be a more apt name. The other person I was with ordered the "Hell of a Burger" was which was not my taste personally but I have to say the burger patty itself was delicious, like very very good. If I go back I will be ordering some sort of burger for sure. Side note the bun was glorious as well.
  
  The service is where the ball was majorly dropped. We both ordered drinks which were not refilled despite being on the outside edge of the table the entire meal. My side caesar salad had no dressing in it so when I requested some, I waited 10 minutes before checking in again and they had forgotten. So by the time I got everything I needed to finish my food the rest if the table was done. Just a lot of little things done poorly that made the experience less thank what I would expect for the prices we paid.
  
  Disappointed, wouldn't recommend right now but may change my review if I try this place again.
